Garden House called for a sensitive extension of a 1910s weatherboard cottage, projecting into a much-loved mature garden. Each room frames a key view of the garden and utilises natural materials to give a sense of reverence to the outside world. Similarly, external spaces frame views back to the interior and views from the new space look to the old.
