In 2023 Guilford Young College suffered the loss of the former Trade Training Centre due to fire. Luttrell Pyefinch Architects assisted in bringing the realisation of a new stand alone Trade Training Facility over 2023 - 2024. The building offers significant improvements to the delivery of Automotive, Construction, Engineering and Electrical Trade Training.
